Return & Privacy Policy


Returns and exchange details

Items that are damaged during shipping are replaced or refunded at no charge.

If the description and the delivered Items are not same then we will issue 100% Refund.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Baza Boutique cannot assume any responsibility for any item not returned in the manner described. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.


Product Description Policy

All our products are unique and are handmade or hand finished. There are minor deviations in the provided item descriptions, as every stone used is unique, but the tolerance are in the cut aspect ratio only. The weight, measured in carats, is as described. The provided measurements of the stones, in millimeters, in the descriptions are for objective purposes only. For example - a couple of round stones can have the same carat weight, but due to these minor variation in their proportions, can have a different aspect ratio.


Custom Order policy

CUSTOM JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE. My guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved through detailed photos, including the dimensions, type of stone(s) and metals (gold or silver).

Refunds will be given less shipping costs.

RING RESIZING:

If you provided the wrong ring size and want to re-size it, the buyer bare the both way shipping cost. We do not offer refunds if the size of the ring you have provided is not correct.

Any changes to the items (ring resizing, soldering, exchanging stones, pendants, etc.) voids the warranty.

Product Discount Policy

All DISCOUNTED, RUSHED, LAYAWAY/FINANCED, OOAK - one of a kind items and CUSTOM ORDERS (that includes custom gemstones) are non-refundable; this includes partial payments. We reserve the right to refuse returned items we deem as not in sellable condition, damaged, altered, or used.


Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES: the ordered items can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value, within the return period of 7 days as mentioned above, as long as it is not the same type of item in an identical or altered configuration.


LAYAWAY PLAN / Special Discount Policy

LAYAWAY PLAN / Special Discount Policy is only possible for a full priced item and excludes any discount, coupon or other sales events.


Return Policy

The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Sale / Discounted Orders

Returns and exchange details

If you are for ANY reason unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it in original condition within 7 days for a 95% refund (5% restocking fee is not refundable).

In case any alterations were made by your request (change of size, etc), a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please take into consideration, I do not offer returns for re-sizing. However, resizing is free of charge. Then if you decide to return the ring, you’ll get the 85% refund.

Shipping cost is not refundable.

AFTER 7 DAYS NO RETURNS ACCEPTED (Life time Service/repair/exchange in case of damage-please read my Warranty Statement below).

ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS, e.g. SHIPPING COST, TAXES, etc. ARE PAYABLE BY CUSTOMER.

We offer a Lifetime warranty on all our products. The warranty is voided if the items have been tampered with or have been subjected to physical injury.

Never forget to contact us to get the instructions for the return.

Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the returned item(s), original documentations, and packaging. If everything looks good, we will issue you the full refund minus shipping charge to you.

RETURNS have to be shipped according to the provided instructions, otherwise, return shipping will not be accepted. Returns have to be shipped via the Same Medium the we shipped with indicated low value, for the following reasons:

we will instruct you about the return, so please be kind enough to contact us before start the return procedures.

1. Insurance for jewelry is as we written on the Delivery Receipt. (USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc). No matter what value is the ring, in case it gets lost the insurance will be claimed.

2. I pay fixed $60 to return handling. It would cost me a few hundred dollars to accept your return.
